South West Chef of the Year – New Junior Class!
The lucky winner will receive a wonderful array of prizes including work experience during the school holidays with two Michelin-starred chef, David Everitt-Matthias at Le Champignon Sauvage, a Thermomix food processor (valued at £885!), a Robert Welch Signature chef’s knife and sharpener and a copy of the West Country Cook Book containing recipes from 17 of the South West’s best chefs, including many of our judges.
