Students are encouraged to enrich their academic studies with the many opportunities offered to them. We feel very strongly that widening students experiences beyond the curriculum is crucial. These experiences enhance key skills, bolster CVs and personal statements and are often remembered long after a student into new fields.

Built into the pastoral system is the facility for sixth formers to put something back into the college. One tutor slot a week is devoted to community activities. This may be used for a student to attend AXEUS, support lower school tutor activities or attend extra curricular activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh qualifications.
